Received a Wrong or Defective Item?
If you received an incorrect or defective item, please email us at info@24kitch.com with:

✔️ A clear photo of the item
We will review your request and help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Our 30-Day Return Policy
If you wish to return your item for any reason, you can do so within 30 days of receiving it, as long as:
✔️ The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✔️ It is in a resellable condition (no signs of wear or damage).
✔️ You request approval before shipping it back.
📌 Important:
- We cannot accept used, opened, or damaged items.
- Return shipping costs are not covered by us.
How to Request a Return
Follow these steps to process your return smoothly:
✔️ Step 1: Request the Return Form
- Contact us via email info@24kitch.com or use the contact form below.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you the return form to print and complete.
✔️ Step 2: Prepare and Ship Your Return
- Securely pack the item to prevent damage.
- Clearly write “Returns” on the outside of the package.
- Use a tracked and insured shipping service (we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns).
- Email your tracking number to info@24kitch.com once shipped.
✔️ Step 3: Receive Your Refund
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued excluding the return shipping costs.
