Return Policy
If you have received incorrect items or the items you have received are defective, please send an email to info@24kitch.com to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the received goods, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used or opened, or are not in their original condition.
To request a return:
- Please download, print, and complete the return form if you have not already done so. Request the return form via the form below.
- Send your return form along with a photo of the products you are returning to info@24kitch.com by email.
- After approval, ensure that your return shipment is well packaged and meets all the conditions below.
- Clearly mark 'Returns' on the outer packaging of your parcel.
- Use an insured tracking service to ensure that your parcel arrives safely with us.
- Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@24kitch.com.

Return Conditions and Guidelines:
- All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging.
- We are not responsible for the costs of returning the items.
- Ensure that all returned items are well packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- All return packages must be sent with a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transportation.
- Ensure that the return form is approved - without approval, your return may not be processed.
Easy Returns in Three Simple Steps:
Step 1: Request the return form via the contact form below. Provide your order number, email address, and reason for return.
Step 2: Send your order Send the items along with the completed return form to the address provided on the return form. Ensure that the package is provided with a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible, and we do not want any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account Once we receive the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within five working days.
